Med Sync Prescriptions on the Workbench

This topic is part of the Med Sync section that is intended for independent pharmacies only. This topic is not applicable to Rexall pharmacies.

When a prescription is enrolled in the Med Sync program and is ready to be refilled, it is placed in the Data Entry queue on the Workbench.

Prescriptions enrolled in the Med Sync program are identified with two types of indicators:

S - indicates the prescription is enrolled in the Med Sync program and is ready to be refilled.
S! - indicates the prescription is enrolled in the Med Sync program but is being short filled to synchronize the refill date with the next pick up date for the patient's prescriptions.
